I may receive information about you or your project from a third party, such as an architect. landscaper or other contractor in relation to your project, such as ascertaining whether I can provide garden design and planting services to you or for the purposes of cooperating on your project. I will process this information only with your consent and for those purposes.

I will not share your information with any third party for marketing or other purpose without seeking and receiving your prior permission. I will only share your contact details with a third party for the purposes of delivering products and services for your project (such as carrying out a site survey, finding contractors and delivery of materials), with your consent and only to the extent necessary for the smooth running of the project.

Your information will be securely stored at my studio address. Unless you request otherwise, your personal information will remain with your project files for 6 years and then deleted or destroyed.
